The customer service at this store was superb. Basavaraj was helpful and went above and beyond to meet our timeline (needed the furniture in a hurry). The product is also good. Delivery was made on time. Had to guide the assemblers a bit to make the product robust (they had not fixed it properly). But all in all good place to buy stuff from!

Not getting good exchange rates for our old cot, based on high recommendations from friends and family we ended up in Looking Good furniture, Whitefield branch. Sales rep Soundarya was very patient and she showed all the products in the store and once we decided on the cot we wanted they offered us various customisation options. It took about a week to 10 days for the product to get ready. Once the product was ready the pictures were shared. On settling the full bill the delivery and installation was very smooth. We would highly recommend the store. In terms of the store they have very limited but functional choices. They also offered a good exchange rate for our old cot.
